EAGA Executive Officer
Sharon MacDonnell commenced as EAGA’s Executive Officer in March 2026. Sharon brings significant state government experience, working across areas of emergency management, waste management and sustainable buildings.
EAGA Project Officer
Melanie Cutler is an experienced project manager and community development worker. She has worked across education, multicultural affairs and international development, always with a focus on equity and inclusion. She holds a Master of Program Evaluation and has a keen interest in sustainable home design, having just completed an owner-builder project of a hempcrete family home.
Solar Savers Program Leader
Anna Imberger leads the delivery of the Solar Savers program. Anna brings over ten years of corporate experience in the banking and energy sectors – working in Melbourne, London and New York. She has held key roles at AGL and Momentum Energy and more recently as a Sustainable Energy Officer within the the Solar Savers team.

Cait O’Shea is an environmental engagement professional with a Master of Environment and a background in energy resilience and sustainability engagement in local government. Cait brings a strong commitment to ensuring an inclusive energy transition, and is passionate about empowering all community members to participate in the shift to clean energy.
Solar Savers Sustainable Energy Officer
Tom Rose has qualifications in sustainability from University of Tasmania with a focus on sustainable design for homes. He has many years’ of valuable experience in customer service and administration roles within retail and local government settings.
Business Energy Saver Project Officer
Theo Hassett has qualifications in business and arts and over 12 years’ experience running his own small business, called Hassett Goods. A passion for sustainability led him to be part of the Energy Savers team where he works as a Project Officer helping businesses become more energy efficient.
