Governance

EAGA has established a robust governance structure to ensure:

  • Objective and effective decision-making
  • Appropriate processes for accountability
  • Effective communications and information exchange within EAGA’s networks

EAGA undertakes its work under the guidance of:

  • an Executive Committee: managing strategic directions for EAGA’s priorities, actions and operations (meeting quarterly)
  • a Steering Committee: managing projects, consistent with the strategic direction (meeting monthly)
  • Working Groups: project implementation and technical discussion (meeting as required)
  • an Executive Officer, to support and resource these governance structures.
